Ambrose Golf is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

2   Our use of cookies and other information gathering technologies

We may use technology to track the patterns of  behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your computer. A cookie is a simple text file which contains information about your interaction with a specific website, and cannot be read by any other site apart from the one which created it.

We do not record information like your credit card details or address in a cookie.

3  How we protect your information

The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.  All of our Credit/debit card information is processed through either Protx or Paypal who are a well respected service providers throughout the online retail market. When customer details are passed on to Protx or Paypal their secure servers (SSL) use 128 bit encryption – the highest level of encrypted security available and the credit card payment details are never stored elsewhere.  Less sensitive details are stored in a MySQL database and are not accessible by anyone except Ambrose Golf. We reserve the right to pass your name and delivery address to our handling agent for the dispatch of your order.
We keep your information confidential and WE DO NOT PASS DETAILS TO THIRD PARTIES. The internal procedures of Ambrose Golf cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

4  Sale of business

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business

5   Updating your details

If any of the information that you have provided to Ambrose Golf  changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an e-mail to admin@ambrosegolf.com or by sending a letter to Ambrose Golf, 23 Harlech Drive, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 4YX
